I created The Pink Mindset after recognizing that organizations are often very badly equipped to welcome their females employees back to work after their maternity leave. At the same time, it is very well recognized and acknowledged that the workforce represented by women is incredibly important for companies' growth and long-term success - at every level.
While women going on maternity leave and coming back to work is today very common and expected; women are also often expected to pick up where they left off, as if nothing significant had changed. Yet, they’ve just experienced one of the most profound transformations of their lives—impacting not only themselves but also their families, their dynamics, and their sense of identity.
